Topped with Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic drizzle

Pigeon Breast
Served on a croute with Red Wine Jus and baby Black Pudding

Parfait of Chicken Liver Pate and wild Mushroom
Served on a small endive salad with Melba toast and Red Onion Marmalade

Leek and Potato Soup
With Truffle oil and deep fried roquette

Prawn and Smoked Salmon Salad
With Crème Fraiche dressing and Melba toast


Main Courses

Traditional Roast Turkey
Served with Pigs in blankets, Cranberry and Herb stuffing, roast Potatoes and Turkey Gravy

Salmon En Croute
Fillet of Scottish Salmon, baby leaf Spinach and Pesto dressing, encased in Filo pastry with a Fresh Herb and Tomato sauce and roast potatoes

Slow Braised Beef
Served on Horseradish Mash, Red Onion Jus and Roasted Parsnip

Mung Bean Loaf
Savoury Mung Bean Loaf with baby leaf Spinach, Arrabiata sauce and Roast Potatoes

Gressingham Duck Breast
With Redcurrant Jus, served on Creamed Purée Potato
